What is a mother? A mom is someone who pretty much devotes her life to you. She is someone who loves you unconditionally, other than your father. If anything goes wrong, she’s normally the one I go to first for help or advice. There are some things that I should say more to her, but I don’t.
I have to say I’m sorry. Sorry for all that I have put you through. From a young age, I have given you the worst attitude and I am sorry for that. Sorry for always picking fights with you over nothing, and being too hard headed to admit I’m wrong. Sorry for being so weird. Teaching me how to drive was not a good experience for either of us, and shopping for clothes is not fun when we disagree.
I have to say that we’re different. From our clothes to how we act, we are different. You like shopping for hours, and I can only stand it for a few minutes. I’m weird. I have defiantly said some things or done something in public that made you want to question if I am really your daughter. You’re completely normal (for the most part). You like relaxing when we go on vacation and I can’t stay still. Overall, we
I have to say that I am proud of you. You always say that you’re proud of me, when I should really be proud of you. Your work so hard to keep a roof over my head, clothes on my back and food on the table. The amount of time you spend at work really pays off at home. Everything you do for me doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s crazy to think that one day, I will be working as hard as you.
I have to say that you’re my role model. You taught me to be independent and to work hard. I wouldn’t have continued my schooling if you hadn’t pushed me to do so. You taught me not to back down from a fight. You have taught me to love unconditionally, and that’s one of the most important lessons ever.
Lastly, I have to say thank you. Thank you for giving me the best advice ever. For always being my biggest supporter, even if what I am doing is completely weird. I don’t think I would have accomplished anything if I didn’t have your support. Thank you for being one of my best friends and encouraging me to achieve my dreams. You taught me to be strong. You were the one that showed me how to stand up for myself. You’re my rock, my biggest fan, my hero and overall, just an amazing woman that I hope to be like when I get older.
There are so many other things I can say to you. No matter what happens to us, we will always have the best mother-daughter relationship ever. Nothing can beat that.
