There are many things that make people mad in this world. Something like a rude comment, an act of disrespect, or someone messing up your morning coffee order is enough to ruin your day.

For college students, all it takes is one very minor inconvenience for them to complain for the next 7 years. These things can be anything from waking up to the wind coming off the lakefront.

After going through this list you'll come to find that it doesn't take much to ruin a college student's day... or week.

1. Waking Up

Waking up and ending the beautiful experience of a good night's rest is just asking for bad things to happen.

2. Long Lines

Any line to any class, food stop, or elevator is not worth it. As a college student, I can attest that we want things to be done in the quickest and most efficient way possible.

3. Skipping Your First Cup of Coffee

Always blame your alarm for not being loud enough. Or the long lines.

4. Slush/Ice/Rain-Filled Sidewalks

Nothing beats walking around in a wet sock all day, amiright?

5. Wind

The walk to class would be bearable and not as cold if the wind would just cool its jets.

6. Elevators Not Working

A single elevator being out of service causes a ridiculous wait time and packed elevator rides. Both in which are not fun in any way, shape, or form.

7. Poor Connection

Whether it be cell service or Wi-Fi, any poor connection is awful.

8. Fire Alarm

Nothing enrages me more than when I have to wake up at 3 a.m. to evacuate the building due to some idiot burning a bag of microwave popcorn.

9. Slow Walker

Do I really need to explain this one?

10. Fees

A college campus will do anything to charge anyone any amount of money for minor things. Lost your I.D.? $15 replacement fee. Want to have your blinds fixed? $6 maintenance fee. Want to pay off some of your tuition? $200 administrative fee.

11. Smelling B.O.

For whatever reason, some random stranger forgetting to put deodorant on that morning ruins the entire lecture period for everyone.

12. Not Getting a Good Parking Spot

When you have to walk an extra block because someone took your unassigned assigned parking spot, someone will pay the consequences.

13. Loud Gum Chewing

The constant sound of gum smacking will haunt me in my nightmares.

14. Not Having Headphones

Because for whatever reason, the 10-minute walk seems 10 times longer without something to bop to.

15. Uncharged Phone or Laptop

The gif speaks for itself.

16. Small Desk Space

How do you expect me to fit my notebook, textbook, water bottle, coffee, chips, blanket, and pillow on such a small piece of wood?

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
