There’s a time and place for everything, including music. So, whether you’re getting ready for a night out, looking to get the party started, or having a low-key night I can guarantee that there is AT LEAST one song to fit the moment.
Without further adieu, I present to you some of my favorite songs, organized into playlists (disclaimer: many of these songs contain explicit content):
The Chillin’-Out-Maxin-Relaxin’-Acting-All-Cool Playlist:
Just because you aren’t doing anything particularly exciting doesn't mean that the night has to be boring. This playlist will surely help you make the most of the night!
"Your Body Is A Wonderland" - John Mayer
(Or really any John Mayer song.)
"All The Pretty Girls" - Kaleo
Because there’s nothing more relaxing than some KoL.
"Sexual Healing" - Marvin Gaye (Kygo Remix)
Like John Mayer, you could replace this with any Kygo song. Personally, I think "Sexual Healing" is one of his best.
Also, be sure to check out Wale’s edit of “Coffee.”
The Weeknd is always a must.
The Let’s-Go-GNO Playlist:
But don’t worry this playlist isn’t exclusive to GNO’s!
"C O O L" - Le Youth (DJ Sliink Remix)
Sometimes my friends and I play this song on repeat!
"Jordan Belfort" - Wes Walker & Dyl
"Roses" - The Chainsmokers ft. ROZES
"Magnets" - Disclosure ft. Lorde
"Tennis Court" - Lorde (Flume Remix)
BONUS: "Where Ya At" - Future ft. Drake
So you can send those who are running late some nice Snapchat videos.

The Don’t-Stop-The-Party Playlist:
This is a necessary pump-up playlist, especially for college students. If you weren’t feeling it before, you’re definitely feeling it now.
"Don't Stop The Madness" - Hardwell & W&W ft. Fatman Scoop
"Take Ü There" - Jack Ü ft. Kiesza
"Beautiful Now" - Zedd ft. Jon Bellion
"Freak" - Steve Aoki, Diplo & Deorro
"Dirty Vibe" - Skrillex, Diplo, CL & G-DragonThe second this song comes on my heart starts beating faster.
During freshman year, my friends and I always made sure this was the the last song we played before we went out.
"Reload" - Sebastian Ingrosso, Tommy Trash & John MartinThe We’re-All-In-The-Mood-For-A-Melody Playlist:
This is perfect for when you and your friends are ready to sing (read: obnoxiously scream) along to some classic songs.
I think I can sing this song backwards.
We all have at least one friend who knows every single word to this classic.
"679" - Fetty Wap ft. Remy Boyz
Especially good for a girls night out.
If you speak English, chances are you know every single word.
"Sweet Caroline" - Neil Diamond
It may be long, but it’s worth listening to the entire song.
"Come On Eileen" - Dexy's Midnight Runners
'Beautiful Soul" - Jesse McCartney
I don’t care where I am, if this song comes on I will start singing.
"Mr. Brightside" - The Killers
The Evacuate-The-Dance-Floor-Because-I-Need-More-Space-To-Dance Playlist:
I’m so excited, and I just can’t hide it…(sorry!)
'I Like Tuh" - Carnage ft. I LOVE MAKONNEN
My friends can vouch for me how much I love this song.
"Hit The Quan" - iHeart Memphis
Perfect for those who heart Memphis, but also love dancing.
Sorry, I had to...
"All Night Longer" - Sammy Adams
The Aux-Cord-Worthy-Midnight-Drive Playlist:
Because sometimes all you need is to drive around with your best friend and blast some music.
"Snow (Hey Oh)" - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Hey oh, play this song again, oh…
"She Will Be Loved" - Maroon 5
"Oops!... I Did It Again" - Britney Spears
You can never go wrong with Britney.
"Jesus Take The Wheel" - Carrie Underwood
This song is perfect when played at maximum volume.

I hope you enjoyed the playlists! And “Please don’t stop the, please don’t stop the, please don’t stop the music.” (I hope you read that like Rihanna sings it.)
