Who doesn’t love a season that allows you rock the no makeup look, stay up late, earn some cash, take random trips with your besties, and most of all be stress free from the books. Okay, okay for some of us school is still a go-go in the summer, but hey the sun is hotter than ever and no one is stopping you from hitting the books by the pool or better yet the beach. Let’s just say there’s nothing like summer time full of nothing but good times.
There’s nothing like road trips
Up for a random beach trip? What about a concert? What about a trip to the Lake? Summer is the perfect excuse to be on vacation every day. Nothing beats hitting the road feeling the wind through your hair, sun beating down on your skin, and having your favorite people by your side singing along to your favorite summer jams. Whether you are a beach person or a mountain person, that summer feel at either place is the best feeling. Of course, summer concerts are fun too. The perfect excuse to tail gate outside, drink your favorite drink, and scream along with your favorite singer. Now the lake days are the best days also. You got to love tubing, jet skiis, boats, and busting your butt trying to wake boarding (for those who can’t).
There’s nothing like summer wear
High waist flip flops, rompers, wedges, floppy hats, shorts, big t-shirts, flowy dresses, ray bans, and bikinis. Who doesn’t like the summer apparel?!!
There’s nothing like summer jams
All your favorite jams are back on the radio including new summer jams. Nothing beats hearing good ole Florida Georgia Line tunes, Jake Owen, Brett Eldredge, Tim McGraw, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, ect.
There’s nothing like summer flings
There is nothing wrong with spending the whole summer without a cute boy by your side. However, there is also nothing wrong with having a cute boy to waste away the summer with either. Who doesn’t love a summer fling with a boy you met over vacation. Nothing beats a good summer fling to reminisce about when summer is over.
There’s nothing like staying up late and waking up late
It is 3 in the morning and you are still up? Okay? Sooooo!! It is summer!! Why go to bed early when you can stay up and watch the sun rise? It is 2 or 3 in the afternoon and you are just waking up. Now that is one of the best feelings in the world, in my opinion.
There’s nothing like earning some extra money
Summer jobs can really suck when your friends are out having fun, but think about all that extra money you are making that’ll allow you to buy that cute dress you have been wanting or that new car you need by the end of the summer. I mean hey there perks to having a job I promise.
