Whether you fell in love with the independent, B.A.B, beautiful Carrie Bradshaw from the classic show, "Sex And The City," or the spin off, "The Carrie Diaries," you do not stand alone in your obsession with the fictional character played by both Sarah Jessica Parker, and AnnaSophia Rob. For me, as a young aspiring journalist, from the tri-state area, Carrie Bradshaw is my nonexistent role model. Through every funny comment, break up, and accomplishment that Carrie has had, we can all relate to her. So, here are a few reasons why Carrie Bradshaw is the G.O.A.T, and the best person to never exist:

1. Her fashion sense

You have to love her shopping and shoe addiction, and she's just the cutest.

2. Love life

Carrie's openness towards every relationship she had was so genuine, and we learned from every failed relationship she had. It's so inspiring to see a woman who is such an open book, but yet so strong. Her wisdom makes her everyone's own personal therapist.

3. Her wisdom

You can't not love the way Carrie puts her thoughts into words. She is a journalist, but borderline a philosopher.

4. Her funny quotes

Nobody's quotes are more relatable than hers. She says what everyone is thinking.

5. Her friend group

Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda are the original #SquadGoals. Every friend group can relate to these ladies on some level. You can't deny that you want to go to breakfast with them.

7. Her open mindedness

What did Carrie not try?

8. She lives in NYC

Carrie couldn't live anywhere but the best city in the world. period.

9. She follows her dreams

Carrie is beyond dedicated to her column, even though it wasn't always easy, her determination, creativity and openness led to her success.

So there you have it, these simple reasons are why Carrie Bradshaw is my favorite fictional character. No other TV show character has ever been so real, and relatable. Between her smoking and shopping addictions, her complicated love life and her determination, I think Carrie is a character that all young girls can relate to. While so many TV shows create an unrealistic, unreachable fantasy, Sex And The City and The Carrie Diaries have always kept it one hundred percent real, and gave young girls a show that they can learn from, laugh at and be inspired from. To the creator of Sex and The City, thank you for Carrie Bradshaw.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
