The Seven Deadly Sins are ready to take on the Ten Commandments as their 2nd season! However, the 2nd season was released in Japan on January 13, 2018, and the worldwide release on Netflix remains unknown. It is rumored that it will take up to a few months for the newest season to be released worldwide but everything remains unclear.

News says The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments deals with the Ten Commandments and contains ten powerful warriors, each one chosen by the Demon King and each one bearing a powerful curse known as a "Commandment." This gives them enhanced strength but will surely curse them should they break one of the Demon King's rules. The Ten Commandments lived about 3000 years ago until a betrayal from one of the members led to them being sealed in the Coffin of Eternal Darkness.

For those who are unfamiliar with The Seven Deadly Sins, it's an animated series and they were formed by seven brutal criminals who all have been convicted of crimes and had carved the symbols of seven beasts onto their bodies.

They are also known as a group of knights. They were framed for murdering the Great Holy Knight, plotting against the kingdom, and for that were disbanded.

People thought of them as the villains and the traitors. Soon the story follows with Elizabeth, who is the third princess of a kingdom that has been taken over by the Holy Knights after staging a coup. She decides to leave, just to find the seven deadly sins. She wants their help in taking back the kingdom. It's a phenomenal series created by Nakaba Suzuki.

Is it a sin by not knowing the worldwide release date? It feels like it is, but no, we all have to be patient. Not much information has been told about what else will be happening in the new series but I'm sure that the fans, like myself, is extremely excited for what is yet to come.
