As an individual I am constantly growing, whether it be physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or creatively. And as I continue to go through all of these changes, I am sometimes finding myself in a slump, but that is where I stop myself from going further into that slump. Immediately I turn to the quotes that inspire me to be a better version of myself.

"Today is a day of happiness and peace. I am grounded and centered. I am grateful for my beautiful life that is filled with many blessings. I move through my day with consciousness, grace, and love."

"I am physically, mentally, and emotionally ready to enter a new phase in my life."

"I can learn to take space and time for myself."

"I practice kindness, true consideration, compassion, and less criticism."

"I would rather adjust my life to your absence that adjust my boundaries to accommodate your disrespect."

"I vibrate at a high frequency & attract like-minded individuals into my life."

"I am setting my intentions and they are manifesting. I observe my reality from the most positive place I can be."

"I can do amazing things with my life. I can focus my efforts to make a difference on this planet. I can inspire change."

"I allow others to be who they are."

"One of the happiest moments in life is when you find the courage to let go of what you cannot change."

"It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to, has power over you, if you allow it."

"I choose to make the rest of my life the best of my life." - Louise Hay

"I am clear with my decisions, and I am ready to create, manifest, and have joy."

"I have enthusiasm for life. I enjoy being alive. I am happy. I create a joyful life."

"I am living my life, loving my life, and helping others."

"I know how to communicate with others. I know how to understand them."

"I no longer judge or criticize myself. I am free to love who I am."

"Breathing in, I send myself love. Breathing out, I send love to someone else who needs it."

"I fully let go of everything that is no longer in alignment with my highest and greatest good. This release manifests into my life with ease and grace."

"I trust that everything in my life is working for my highest good and I am receiving all that I am meant to have."

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
