The light at the end of the tunnel is growing brighter as the end of the semester approaches. Thoughts of sleeping in until noon without guilt, salty beach hair, and soaking up the sun keep us students motivated to finish the semester with a bang. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. If you've ever done a spring semester in college, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
Your planner is basically full every day until you go home for break.
Forget taking your daily 2 p.m. nap, you have projects to finish.
Your parents and friends tell you that you should probably take it easy because you look stressed.
Like you don't already know this? There's no time to "take it easy" when all of your professors keep handing you assignments.
When all of your professors hand out your final assignments all at once and they're all due within the same week.
You haven't been to the gym in days and honestly at this point you don't care what you're putting in your mouth.
Yeah, I had a bagel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sue me.
Trying to stay positive isn't working out as easily as you thought it would.
Having three presentations in one week.
Can I be the person who clicks the mouse to go to the next slide while the rest of y'all present? No? Ok.
When you accidentally snap at your friend because you're so stressed, but they still get mad at you.
It's not you, it's me.
When you overhear someone talking about how stressed they are because they have straight A-s but they want all As.
Wow your life is so hard. Don't mind me over here being content with my Bs.
Sitting in review sessions and contemplating your life decisions.
If I don't know it now, I won't know it later. Right?
Checking your final grades on Blackboard.
They could've been worse, I could have failed...
