Feelings? What are those? I mean I know there's Happy, Sad, Angry, and Jealousy. People say there are so many emotions crawling through us, and we never know when an emotion will hit us. We'll never know when something happens, which emotion will be there.

Happiness is a common emotion; it's what everyone wants, what everyone is looking for in their life. Whether it's for a friendship or relationship. Someone is looking for that happiness. This feeling comes and goes, but you have to create your own happiness. No one can make it for you. You have to be calm and patient when it comes to happiness. As much as you can bring happiness into your life, you can also have moments of being sad.

Sadness is also a common emotion. No one wants sadness in their lives, but you need sadness in your life to get to happiness. In relationships or friendships, there will be sadness. Like I said before, you can't have happiness without a little bit of sadness, and you can't have sadness without the possibility of a little anger.

Anger is another common emotion, in any type of relationship. Is anger healthy? No, not at all. But we get it and we use it against people who we love and care about. Anger helps you let go and let you cool off for a bit. Sadness can be a result of being angry because no one wants to have that emotional feeling, especially to people they love and care for. Now once you go through that emotional cycle, you can start to build a foundation for happiness. What starts that angry feeling? Jealousy.

Jealousy is so common! We all want what other people have. Whether it's clothes, money, popularity, businesses, or relationships. When you get jealous you don't think of what you do have, you don't think of who helped you get what you have. You only think about what you don't have. So you become jealous. You get jealous because you don't have what someone else has. You start to believe you need whatever that other person has So you get sort of angry, then you get a little sad, but eventually you find peace with the idea that you don't need everything everyone else has, you can finally begin to feel happy.

Like I said at the beginning you need to find your own happiness. You will go through so many emotions in your life, and that's okay! You have to just keep moving forward and you just have to see what emotion you are feeling and then see why you are feeling that emotion. You will find your happiness in life, but first, you have to have The Art of Emotions.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
