Most of us Netflix watchers have all experienced the feeling of finishing a Netflix series that they have been seriously into and following. Finally finishing a series that you have spent hours upon hours watching always comes with a series of different emotions and I am going express all of those feelings now.
1. Disbelief
When you first finish the Netflix series that you had been watching for hours and hours, it is hard to believe at first. It is hard to figure out how you had finished the series so quickly, it is crazy. How could you have possibly spent that much time just watching a show?
2. Confusion
The next completely normal feeling is simply just being confused. How much did I actually watch this show? What could I have been doing instead of watching this show? How did I actually just finish this show already? Confusion is completely normal to feel upon finishing a show that you've basically spent your whole life on.
3. Acceptance
Finally, you have accepted that you have finished an entire series that you have been religiously watching day after day, night after night. Now, it is time to figure out what to do next.
4. Excitement
Excitement has set in following the acceptance stage. You have finally realized that you can stop blowing off your friends and making up excuses to not hang out now that you have finished your show. This is exciting! Instead of laying in bed all day, you can finally go out and hang out with your friends and actually see the sunlight. This is huge!
5. Realization
You have just made plans with your friends and you're pretty excited about them, I mean when was the last time you went and hung out with your friends? Now that you've finished your show, you have nothing else to do, but you curiously look through Netflix while you wait for your plans..and quickly find a new 12 season show and watch it, quickly texting your friends and telling them "something came up" and begin your new show!
