Everyone has that one person that has been there for them no matter what. This special someone could be: a family member, a friend, a teacher, a mentor, or a youth leader. These five characteristics come from a special person like mine.
1.Always There for You No Matter What
This person is there on call for you 24/7. No matter if it is just for a laugh or a more serious situation, they are there. The best part of this person is they can help you with anything. If the distance is far or short, at the end of the day you are always thankful for there time to help you.
2. They Know You Inside and Out
Your person knows you like a book. They probably have been there during the hardest times of your life. This person knows your family, friends, and knows of the people you tend not to care for. They know the good and bad situations in your life. At times they know you more than you know yourself.
3. Taught You A Lot About Yourself and the Little Things
No matter what you have been through, this person has made you a better person in the long run. They have taught you many life lessons that you did realize until later. They have helped you become a better person to yourself and to others. Also teaching you the little things about life and how it works.
4. Can Help You Feel Better or Happy
If you are sad or just need a boost, this person can help with it no matter what. By looking at a picture, texting and calling you know there will be a smile on your face not long after that. If you are feeling lonely or just need a laugh, they can do that matter how down you are.
5. Strongest Person You Know
This person has been through so much in their life but they are still putting others first. They are not selfish, and most caring person you know out there. If they are not having a good day, they smile through the pain because they want to make sure others are doing well.
I would like to thank my person/ light, Carla. She has a huge blessing in my life for quite a few years now. Without her I do not know where I would be. Carla you have made me a better person to myself and to others. I know you have seen that growth from me the past few years. Thank you for being one of the most caring people I know. You are strength that you have is amazing to see. I am so glad to have a loving, caring, and amazing person like you in my life. Thank you for all you do. Love you so much.
