It's that time of year, the holiday season. The wind is brisk, "Elf" is playing on TV, and I have two projects, three presentations, and 17 papers due by next Friday. The fall semester has it's perks, with the multitude of breaks and the change of season, but it's also the time where the end feels so close, yet so so far. Thanksgiving break, in all of its wonder, is just around the corner. Here are just some of the many reasons why Thanksgiving break cannot come fast enough.
My wallet is pissed at how much money I've been spending on coffee for all the all-nighters.
I have forgotten what it is like to get more than six hours of sleep...actually... What is sleep?
My diet has consisted of Easy Mac, coffee, and chips...Thanksgiving dinner is about to pour a whole new sense of life into me.
If I have to hear the alarm clock go off one more time...
I need this time to put the pieces of my life back together.
I can't remember when I did my laundry last... should probably get that done.
My motivation lasted as long as the A's I had at the beginning of the semester.
Netflix has taken a backseat to homework; it just isn't right.
When I come back from break, my roommate won't think I'm insane for playing christmas music and decorating.
I feel like there is more of a chance that it will snow after Thanksgiving, and that means no class.
With all of that being said, is it Thanksgiving break yet?!
