My aunts are truly one of the greatest gifts God has given me. When I was young, I looked up to them like big sisters and second mothers. As I grew older, they became some of my best friends. Our relationship continues to evolve year after year. I could never thank them enough for everything so I wanted to dedicate this to them, my aunts, my best friends.

Thank you for always feeding me.

I have never left your presence with an empty stomach.

Thank you for always checking in on me.

I'll never be lonely as long as I have you as a friend.

Thank you for being a second mom when my mom couldn't be there.

Sometimes my mom had work or wasn't in the same city. You filled in so I always had someone.

Thank you for passing down your old clothes.

I always love getting to wear something of yours.

Thank you for spoiling me.

All the food, drinks, and shopping sprees never went unappreciated.

Thank you for loving me through my teen years.

The weird clothing, too much makeup, high school drama and you still wanted to hang out with me.

Thank you for always getting me a birthday card.

I know they are over-priced and probably a waste of money to some people, but you know I love them and you never fail to send one.

Thank you for letting me be my weird self.

You have to love me because I'm family. Plus you're weird too.

Thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding.

Seeing you get married and getting to be a part of it was one of my happiest days.

Thank you for giving me an uncle who loves me.

He doesn't have to, but he does. I know if I needed anything he'd be there instantly.

Thank you for making sure I'm always having fun.

At every get-together, you are always making sure I'm having a good time.

Thank you for your family contributions.

You selflessly give your time and money in every holiday or family get-together. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Thank you for my cousins.

I love your children like my own siblings and I always will.

Thank you for sharing your stories with me.

Your lessons from high school, college, and learning how to live on your own have impacted my decisions.

Thank you for coming to me for advice.

You genuinely value my opinion and it means the world that you view me as more than just your niece.

Thank you for always pointing me towards Christ.

Anytime anything good or bad happens in my life you remind me to praise God.

Thank you for being my friend.

Not everyone's aunt is also their best friend. I just got lucky.
