It's hard living with one other person, much less three other people. While we may have had our ups and downs and may have wanted to strangle each other at times, I am beyond thankful for my roommates. So, here is a thank you letter for all the things you have done for me.
Thank you for all the times you wanted to kill me, but you didn't. Thank you for never yelling at me for being too loud, and for not judging me for listening to Taylor Swift for three hours straight. Thank you for our many Cookout runs, grocery shopping trips, and for always being down for riding with me wherever I needed to go. Thank you for never making me eat alone and for always being my cafeteria date on Sunday mornings. Thank you for being my plus one(or plus three) to places, and always being the best dance partners I could ask for. Thank you for all the nights spent in our dorm instead of going to that party. Thank you for being honest with me when my outfit looks bad, and for sharing all your clothes and shoes with me. Thank you for belting out the words to my favorite songs with me. Thank you for sharing your snacks with me, and always being down to order a pizza when the cafeteria doesn't have good food. Thank you for dealing with me leaving random items laying all around our room.
Most importantly thank you for being y'all. My first semester in college would not have been the same without y'all. Thank you for always checking up on me when I have a bad day, and for being the ones I could run to crying after a bad day at work, or a fight with one of my friends. Thank you for being mom to me when I was sick. Thank you for bringing me out of my shell, and for making me go out when I wanted to stay in and sleep. Thank you for your patience dealing with me, and just for putting up with me in general. Thank you for all the memories I will always hold so dear, and for making my college experience a great one. There are honestly millions of things I could thank you for, but to sum it up, thank you for becoming some of my best friends in college and for being my home away from home. Y'all are the best roommates I could've asked for. No matter how many fights we've had, I wouldn't have wanted to live in a tiny space with three other people besides y'all.
love y'all long time,
your roomie
