We all have those people in our lives who love us unconditionally. They offer us support and love during the good and bad times. They love us for us and we love them back because they are them. This is a thank you letter for all the support...

Thank you for loving me always. Thank you for loving me when I didn't yet have the strength to love myself. Your love taught me that I am good enough and I am worth it. Thank you for loving every single part of me, even the parts I did not like. All the things I used to hate about myself are things that you love and it has made me a stronger person. You lift me up when I fall down, so now I am not as afraid to fail. I know that you will always be right by my side being my biggest supporter in life.

Thank you for making me laugh when I just feel like crying. Your positive attitude is infectious and it makes every day better. I feel more alive when I am by your side. You make every day an adventure that I can't wait to embark on. Life is the ultimate journey and I like spending it with you. Thank you for always apologizing even when it is not your fault. You care so much about my feelings and about other's feelings. The fact that you are sorry for something that you did not cause is amazing. You are the most sincere person I have met on this planet thus far. I know that I can always trust that what you say is the truth.

Thank you for matching my crazy weirdness level. You're always up for anything and you don't give me weird looks when I'm feeling extremely silly. I am not afraid to be myself around you. I know that you'll accept me for me always. You love me. You love every single part of me. Thank you so much for loving me.

Thank you for sticking by my side even when I'm kind of being a bitch. And don't try and tell me that I'm never a bitch. Let's face it, we can all get a little hostile at times. You talk me through it and you make me forget why I am even mad in the first place. Thank you for being my punching bag when I need one.

Thank you for always just being around. I know that I probably take you for granted sometimes. You are always just there. And when you are not physically there I know that you are only a phone call or a text away.

Thank you for loving me always. I can't thank you enough for the support and confidence you have given me. You helped me grow into the best me that I can be. I do not think that I would be as far as I am today without your undying support.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
