One minute, 5 minutes, or an hour That's all it takes to do these things. So take some time out of your day to try some of these and make yourself feel better. If you are stressed, worried, sad, etc. Life can be stressful and sometimes you just need a break and maybe these things can help you out.
1. Call someone you love
Your mom, dad, aunt, uncle, best friend, whoever you want. Tell them you love them. That's all you have to do.
2. Pray/Meditate
Prayer or meditation is very calming and taking some time away from social media and all the drama in your life really helps you concentrate.
3. Do some yoga
However long this takes, it will be worth it. Try turning your phone off or try to avoid checking it.
4. Listen to music
Music is an AMAZING stress relief and relaxation method. I love music and how the sound can calm people almost immediately.
5. Take a nap
This is is probably the most relaxing. No phone, no drama, no worries, just relaxed sleeping.
