She is not invincible.

Stop Blaming Ariana Grande

If you didn't already know, the events of this past Monday night were horrific. After the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England concluded, two bombs were detonated outside of the arena leaving 22 people dead and 59 injured. It is being treated as a vicious terrorist attack after the Islamic State took responsibility for the incident.

What I don't understand is why people are blaming Ariana Grande for the attack.

It goes from conservative reporter Milo Yiannopoulos calling out the singer because she has not started preaching to her fans about how it is not OK to be pro-immigration or pro-Islam (notsynonymous with pro-terrorism) to selfish people on the internet criticizing her for the way she has handled what has happened.

Ariana took to Twitter to send her thoughts on the matter, saying "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words." Internet trolls from all over the world then began blaming her for the incident!

How in the world is a singer who was trying to entertain her fans throughout the world responsible for the terrorist attack that took place at her concert? Are you all forgetting that she is a person, too?! She is not invincible just because she is famous. Ariana was in just as much danger as anyone else at the concert, and she shouldn't be attacked for trying to entertain her fans with the music they love. Not to mention, her mother was on the arena floor helping to move people backstage to safety!

To all of the people that blame her; how would you feel if you were in her shoes? Devastated. Let her cope. Let the victims cope. Stop making this tragedy an outlet for blame. Start banding together as a part of the human race, and be decent human beings.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
