The bravest. The toughest. The baddest. They demonstrate vitality. They are the ones built with honor, loyalty, and integrity--they're the The United States Armed Forces.

Coming from a family with much military background on both sides of the family, there’s just something about the military that is even more special to me. Plus, on a more fun side, nothing beats a man in uniform... that’s for sure.

One day a year or having it recognized in a special game during a season is not enough for military appreciation. It should be every single day of every single year.

These people have made sacrifices with every intention of protecting the world we live in, while giving us the opportunity to enjoy the liberty and prosperity we were born with. It’s the most noble and selfless job of them all, aside from being a parent. How many people do you know of who are brave enough to have sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign or domestic?

"I’ve got your back," is more than a saying.

For all the men and women overseas, every day they experience things that are completely indescribable, together.

You can stay up for 20 hours and they’ll stay up for days on end. You can call out of work for a hangover, and they’d get shot as others get hit and continue to move forward. You can stroll downtown or on the beach while they patrol the streets searching for terrorists and insurgents. You can complain about getting out late, while they’re being told that they'll be held over an extra three months. You can get irritated by crying and screaming children, while they’re wondering if they’ll ever meet theirs or see them grow up.

There aren't enough words to describe the amount of respect and appreciation I have for our troops. I’m proud to be an American, and I am completely blessed to live in the most sacred and blessed nation. If I recognize that someone has served or is currently serving--no matter the branch, I will always stop what I’m doing to thank them for their service. They need to know we support them. Our support impacts the effectiveness and capabilities within each branch in the Military.

The United States Armed Forces are the real superheroes. They sacrifice more than we will ever know.

Thank your Marines. Thank your Soldiers. Thank your Sailors. Thank your Airmen. Thank your Coasties. Thank both past and present service men and women. Thank them all.

Just do it. Always.
