We love our time home, but how many days until the semester starts again?

13 Signs You're Ready For Winter Break To Be Over
The Tab Temple

You've already been home for about a week. You've reunited with all of your friends (more than once). Celebrated the holidays. Rang in the new year. Visited all your favorite hometown restaurants and café's at least twice. You've spent time with your dog and your family.... but, now you're bored. How many weeks until I can be busy again? If any of the symptoms below match your current state, you're totally suffering from WBBS (Winter Break Boredom Disorder).

1. You love your free time, but you're starting to go crazy without a schedule...

Sometimes you can only watch so much Netflix....

2. You low-key miss your school's food...

Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Saladworks.... we miss you. You can't lie that you miss taking 30 bananas from the dining hall, either. It's clutch.

3. You love your friends back home, but you keep dreaming of the moment you reunite with your University friends.

So many memories to be made this semester. Let's skip forward to that.

4. Mom, you never care where I am at while I'm at school, so why do you care now?

Mom, I love you, but come on. At school, I could be anywhere, but you choose now to check up on me every five minutes? Lord, I miss my freedom.

5. You're eating everything in the house. Uh-oh.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Boredom eating! Boredom eating!

6. You actually miss doing school work?

Wait, what? This is a joke, right?

7. You're sleeping in until 11:00 AM everyday... out of boredom.

Just imagine getting up for classes... you're screwed. Your nap and sleeping schedule needs to get figured out ASAP.

8. You start re-arranging your bedroom and life.

You are not an HGTV show. Nor are you a miracle worker. You are a student. We all need a reality check.

9. Your parents are telling you that they can't wait until you leave.

They love you, but they can't wait until you leave, either. It's time to go.

10. You're overthinking your life constantly.

You have too much time on your hands and no responsibilities at the moment, so your brain can't help but think. It's time to get busy again. Hey, 24/7 stress.. where you at?

11. You haven't cried in a while.

You haven't cried because you haven't had class. That may seem like a good thing, but everyone needs to cry. Get back to classes so you can have a good cry.

12. You actually miss your campus.

You miss that one spot you sit at with a cup of coffee after you've finished your classes for the day. You miss walking through that one building with all the windows. Simple things. You know you miss it.

13. You actually have a countdown on your phone until move-in day.

That's it. You really can't wait for winter break to be over.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
