One of my favorite TV shows is Sex and the City, and I am blessed to have my own set of friends in real life!
Carrie: She is known for her unique fashion sense. She is smart, witty and extremely loyal. A self-proclaimed shoe fetishist, she is always down for some retail therapy. My personal Carrie is the girl I call when I need to vent. She always knows the perfect time for a shopping spree. My golden blonde friend is the perfect addition to my circle, because no matter how much time goes by without seeing each other, we feel as if nothing has changed. She is also my longest friendship, and someone I would love to travel with.
Charlotte: She is the most innocent and kind hearted of the group, the one who places the most emphasis on emotional love as opposed to lust. My Charlotte believes in true love and a “knight in shining armor," just like the Charlotte on TV. She is the perfect Charlotte because she knows her own self worth and respects herself. She is the perfect friend for staying home and having a glass of wine while sharing some girl talk.
Miranda: She is extremely cynical and sarcastic. She has strong views on relationships and men. She is Carrie's best friend, confidante, and voice of reason. My Miranda is my best friend. My red-headed friend is honest and always tells me what I need to hear. We can vent for hours over drinks, and she is my go-to girl. Every girl needs a Miranda in her life, because even though she can be a pessimist, she is always in need of a drink, and she will get you out of the house. I am for sure the Miranda out of the group, and I am not afraid to say my opinions.
Samantha: She is an independent publicist who avoids emotional involvement at all costs. I find Samantha to be honest and blunt. She tells it like it is and doesn't need anyone to support her actions. She is confident and true to herself. I love my Samantha because she is honest with me and makes me love the single life even more. She is always ready for a party or get together and knows how to keep me busy.
