If you are like me, you may be looking for a new show on Netflix since you have already watched Gossip Girl, 90210, New Girl, Glee, Revenge, Scandal -- I am going to stop so that you will think I actually have a life.
Here is a list of some shows and movies you may have seen in the Netflix mix that you should check out next time you need something new.
Chopped Collection. The series is addictive. This is a cooking show where four chefs compete against each other through three rounds of intense competition. They are given four ingredients each round they must use in their disk which can range from pork belly to pumpkins. I promise, you will not regret trying this out.
My Fair Wedding. My roommates introduced me to this show and it is mind blowing! Brides turn their wedding completely over to wedding planner, David Tutera. He chooses the dresses, the food, the entertainment, the decorations, everything! It is enjoyable to watch these bridezillas give someone else all the control.
Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion. My stepmom introduced this to me a couple of years ago and I got so excited when it came onto Netflix. If you are a House Bunny or Legally Blonde fan I would bet you would enjoy it, too. This is a movie about two Cali girls who head back to their ten year high school reunion and want to impress their old classmates. You will be laughing the entire time at their hilarious comments and a flashback of '80s and '90s fashion.
Baby Daddy. If you are looking for an easy laugh after a hard day, this show is one for you. It is about a young bartender who finds out he has a baby that the mother leaves on his front porch. He works with his best friend, pro athlete brother, the crazy mother and childhood love interest to raise his daughter with more than a few bumps along the way.
The Originals. This spinoff show from Vampire Diaries is about the original vampire family. Full of scandal, death, and sexy vampires, it is one of the Netflix shows you will binge watch the entire way through.
House Hunters Collection. I cannot help but love shows where people find their dream homes. It is so cool seeing different things in houses that I never even knew could even be done. My goal next is to watch the international version where they find houses all over the world.
What did college students do before Netflix? I have no idea! So continue binge watching, my fellow Carolinians, please. Then, at least I might feel better about my addiction!
