There are two ways to fix this:
A.) Bathe in bleach
B.) Wear a sterile bubble suit
Tis' the season for sickness and ACU is a fiery germ.
Germs were like calories to me, they didn't exist. Although now, I cannot leave my room without wondering if it's worth the risk. The halls are waiting to attack, but my immune system isn't going down without a fight. The joke is on the germs.
Journeying to germaphobia...
1. Sanitizing my hands after touching my own door (because of my own germs)
2. Having to deal with my hands if there aren't "push" doors
3. Keeping my distance
4. Resisting the urge to Lysol everything in sight
5. Not breathing when someone coughs
6. Drinking so much water I drown myself
7. Buying out Walmart's orange juice section
8. Figuring my best defense is staying in my room
Happy flu season! May you avoid receiving the "gift" that keeps giving. I, for one, don't want the privilege of being stuck in an 11 by 15 room. Stay well!
