Hello, all!
Sorry for the absence over the course of the month. School has been quite the feat for me to deal with nd with the stresses of life in the way, I figured that I needed a bit of a break. With all said and done, I have a bit of recapping to attend to.
This past Sunday, the art club of my small school, Trinity Christian College went on our first trip to the city for EXPO Chicago at Navy Pier. This is an annual event that presents artwork from 140 leading galleries from around the world. The event took place from September 22- 25, 2016, but don't worry folks, it will be back next year.
Personally, I just want to say that this is an event that exposes not just artists, but everyday people to various pieces of artwork and hopefully it gets your creative juices flowing like it did mine. Keep in mind that you can also buy artwork from EXPO, BUT it isn't cheap, unless you are lucky enough to find a booth.
That is all that I have to say for now, everyone. I will leave a couple of images from this year's EXPO Chicago to give you a peak as to what the art world has to offer.
