The last couple of days were bittersweet for “Fast and the Furious” fans.
Not only was "Fast Seven" released in the US on DVD, Sept. 12 was a day of memories and moments. The Saturday marked late actor, Paul Walker’s forty-second birthday. It has almost been two years since the actor and his business partner, Roger Rodas, passed away in a fatal car crash. Over the weekend, family and friends shared special messages over their social media accounts as love for the actor is still strongly present to this day.
Paul’s younger brother, Cody Walker, took to Instagram sharing this photo of him, Paul, and other brother, Caleb, with the caption: To special times with both my bros. We love and miss you Pdub. @paulwalker #brothers #missyou #happy42nd

Tyrese Gibson tweeted his love:
Walker is survived by his 16-year-old daughter, Meadow, who announced early Saturday over Instagram she will be honoring her father in a touching and moving way by embracing his passions of marine life, as well as helping others through the Paul Walker Foundation. Through this foundation, scholarships and grants will be provided to students focusing in areas of marine science. Already, there have been three recipients of the award and the next will be announced on Oct. 3.

The foundation’s mission is simply “do good.” The website provides a quote by Paul that states: “When you put good will out there, it’s amazing what can be accomplished.” A statement that embodies the foundation.
In light of this news, many are supporting the foundation and spreading the word.
Ludacris called out his fan base for support:
Michelle Rodriguez also spread the word via Twitter tweeting:
Followed by another tweet of Meadow and her father.
Reach Out WorldWide, a non-profit organization which was founded by Paul Walker, is also showing support. ROWW released a touching tribute in his memory.
Love for Walker extends to his fans, as they followed Jesse Brisendine's message and posted sunrises and sunsets from wherever they were in the world. Brisendine then created a video to celebrate his friend and raise money for ROWW. You can find it here.
Walker was a talented man who had amazing passions and although he may not be here with us, his legacy continues on as does the love and admiration people have for him.
