Ah, alcohol -- the good old beverage that makes us silly, stupid, and everything in between. It can make a shy person the life of the party and an outgoing person overly emotional. Everyone handles their alcohol differently, but if you ignore your filter that generally prevents you from doing and saying stupid things, you will most likely wake up after a night on the town having done at least one of the following regrettable things.

1. Send a text to your ex

2. Forget that you’re not actually a star on "So You Think You Can Dance"

3. Get into arguments over literally anything

4. Make friends with complete strangers

5. Pee anywhere

6. Turn off your filter

7. Become overly emotional

8. Order way too much food

9. Make booty calls

10. Steal things you shouldn’t

11. Sleep with people you shouldn’t

12. Insist you aren’t drunk
