Disney sucks. It gives you all these life expectations, that can't ever come true in the real world. Disney comes to people when they're little and sucks them in and it takes over their souls. Alright, alright I am just kidding. In all honesty, Disney is my favorite thing in this world. All things Disney really: the princess, the princes, the movies, the shows, and the theme parks. However, Disney did indeed ruin my life in a few ways, yet it was ruined for the better. If I'm telling the truth, I battled for days over what to write my first (and definitely not last) Disney post about. So without further ado, this is how Disney ruined my life...
1. I expect that all my romantic exploits will be good singers and dancers
2. I have unrealistic ideas of what my hair should look like
3. I have unrealistic expectations of how small my waist should be in proportion to the rest of my body
4. None of my enemies can be recognized based solely off appearances
5. My pets have NEVER helped me with chores
6. I never wake up looking the way I did when I went to sleep
Princesses:
Me:
7. I have never been able to talk to any animals
8. No guy has ever approached me in the forest for a spontaneous dance
9. I've never been able to sing my way out of death
10. I've never been able to burst out into synchronized song and dance with my friends or other people around
11. Crying does not solve everything
12. My pets have never met "Disney's side kick expectations"
13. "True loves kiss" doesn't truly exist...or it hasn't for me yet
I could never accurately describe why I love Disney as much as I do. Therefore, I'm sure you will see many more disney blogs. Including, but not limited to: The ABCs of Disney, why Disney made me want to be creative, why I'll never be too old for Disney, something about Beauty and the Beast, and why Disney is in my veins.
I didn't choose the Disney life, the Disney life chose me *drops mini ears*
