Dogs are such intelligent animals that oftentimes, they are similar to humans in the way they act. They are a man's best friend because they can connect with humans better than most animals, but honestly, they excel in the actions that us humans are suppose to have down pat. Here are just a few examples:
1. They wear human clothes better than humans
Halloween costumes, Christmas sweaters, honestly, it doesn’t matter. Somehow, your dog ends up looking twenty times cuter than you do in that same Halloween costume or knitted sweater.
2. They love people no matter what
You can refuse to feed them table scraps, they may not get to go for a ride in the car, but they are always chipper and happy when you come barreling through the front door. It’s like Christmas every day to them. God bless, for their love.
3. They are the definition of loyal
Always on your side and always by your side, they are willing to tag along on any adventure and they protect you with a fierceness that can’t be matched. Basically, they’ve always got your back.
4. On raining days, they just shake it off
When they get wet from some unpleasant storms, they shake off their fur and move on. When humans get caught in the storm, we tend to let it affect us. Let it make us sad, forcing us to feel trapped. We should take notes from our four-legged friends and just shake it off.
5. They have mastered the art of listening
Sometimes humans listen, but not whole-heartedly, and not for the sake of just listening. Dogs will never try to dominate the conversation, they’ll just contently listen for as long as you need.
6. They can get away with just about anything
When a dog does something really annoying, people typically don’t get too upset, because they’re so cute while doing it. Honestly, if I try half the things my dogs do with my mom, the response wouldn’t be “Alright, fine, just because you're so cute”
Dogs are the real MVP and are such a blessing in our lives. Next time you need a little reminder of how to act as a human, just seek guidance from your four-legged friend.
