Lucas was NOT one of them, Buzzfeed!

"One Tree Hill" is one of my favorite shows of all time. I was absolutely stunned to read an article this past week that Lucas Scott was the worst character throughout the entire show. I would like to know what Chad Michael Murray did to this person to deserve that horrible punishment? Yeah, Lucas wasn't perfect, he made mistakes but I can name at least ten characters that were worse than him.

10. Nikki

Nikki aka Jake's baby mama is definitely one of the worst characters on the show. Not only did she sleep with Lucas to get back at him, but she also tried to kidnap Jenny. I was glad that Jake got away from her tbh.

9. Ian (fake Derek)

I don't know about you guys, but Ian scared the crap out of me. From the start, I was skeptical about him being Peyton's real brother. The pain that he put her through just because his girlfriend died earns him a spot on this list.

8. Felix

Felix annoyed me from the second he was found swimming in Brooke's pool. He was homophobic and nothing but trouble from day one and I have no idea what Brooke even saw in him. The only good thing that came out of his appearance was the "dare night."

7. Taylor

Taylor is definitely the worst James' sister. She slept with Nathan before Haley even knew him and threw it in her face, and then just kept whining throughout every scene she was in.

6. Katie

Katie was the absolute worst person. She pretended to be Clay's dead ex-wife and Clay thought she was just a ghost. Then when he figured it out, she shot him and Quinn. One word to describe her: psycho.

5. Lindsey

I honestly think Lindsey and Lucas were cute at the beginning of their relationship. However, she read the book that he wrote and she knew he had strong feelings for Peyton and I feel like the end half of their relationship was just her trying to get back at Peyton.

4. Ted

Besides Dan, this guy has got to be the worst dad in Tree Hill. He disappeared for eight seasons, then when he finally showed up he treated Brooke like a business deal.

3. Rachel

Don't get me wrong I love Daneel, but Rachel was the worst. She lead on Mouth, got him arrested, started trouble everywhere she went, etc. She was a great friend to Brooke in the earlier seasons, but then returned to help Dan with his stupid preacher scheme and married him.

2. Carrie

Carrie was the nanny from hell. She tried to seduce Nathan, kidnapped Jamie and Dan, etc. She also somehow came back from the dead.

1. Dan

Here we are, the worst character and worst Scott in the history of the show. Dan was always hard on Nathan, treated Karen and Deb like crap, and shot Keith. I don't care if Keith forgave him I will never ever forgive him for doing that. Even though he technically died saving Nathan, I still think he was horrible.

In conclusion, leave Lucas alone because as you can see from up there he is clearly not the worst.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
