I have been a follower of the PopSocket trend for almost two years. I have to say, and I'm not just being dramatic, it has changed my life. However, I've only had one until Christmas, and let me say, two is better than one.

I know what you're thinking, "Why in the world do you need two PopSockets?"

Well, here's the story:

I have always had a PopSocket on my phone. Since I first got one, I haven't been without one for longer than a week because I didn't like the feeling of not having one. My friends and family know how obsessed I am with them. Because of this, both my mom and best friend got me a new one for Christmas. Rather than picking just one to use, I thought, "Why not use both?" My plan was to use the both of them for a week or so and then take one of them off, but after a week had passed, I realized the many, many benefits of having 2 PopSockets.

Why is two better than one?

Having two PopSockets gives you a better stability when it comes to taking a selfie, making a phone call, or even just holding it. If you're anything like myself, you're probably known for being clumsy and dropping your phone basically anywhere you go and any chance you get.

Having one PopSocket already gives you a better chance of not dropping your phone in a rain puddle, but imagine how much greater the chance of not dropping your phone would be if you had two PopSockets?

With TWO PopSockets, the ability to prop my phone up has been expanded. With one PopSocket, my options are limited. I can either prop my phone up and down, or on its side. However, with two, I am able to do both. One is great for FaceTime and checking texts, emails, and social media. The other is great for YouTube videos, Netflix, and phone calls. Why settle for one when you can have two?

While doing some research for this article, I found out that PopSockets donate 10% of their online net proceeds and 10,000 PopSockets to support the people fighting Parkinson's Disease, as apart of their Do Good initiative.

As if I didn't love PopSockets enough, their support of Parkinson's Disease makes me proud to use my 2 PopSockets with confidence.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
