Just forget about your worries.
It’s so easy to get caught up the test you bombed last week or something that you know you forgot (but you just can’t remember what it is), especially if you are a long term worrier like I am. Make a conscious choice to leave those worries at the door when you head out in the morning, and I guarantee you will feel a huge weight lifted off of your shoulders.
Only focus the positives for the day
It’s also really easy to let the little bad things that happen get you down. Instead of allowing that to happen, only let the little good things mess with your mood (which they only can in a happy and positive way).
