Ladies, life ain't always easy for us double X chromosomes.
Though, there are some pretty sweet advantages...here's some pros and cons about Lady Livin'.
PRO: Glamorizing
While men are either born handsome or unfortunate looking, girls have the tools needed to cover our blemishes, accentuate our cheek bones, and plump up our lips.
Sorry to disappoint you fellas, but we don't usually do this for you. It is our sacred daily rituals that keep us sane, fresh, and looking good FOR OURSEVLES!
CON: That Dreaded Time Of The Month
NOT only are we forced by nature to go through it, we are also forced to pay for our "supplies." WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY TAMPONS? Someone talk to Lena Dunham and Planned Parenthood, and let's get some movement on this crisis!
"I really want this new nail polish, but I also really need Midol..."
PRO: Our Bodies
Ladies if no one has informed you yet, your body is a work of fricken' art. The female corpse is that of god's work, curved to perfection. Don't even think you are not beautiful and unique, everyone is different and special in their own ways. So get confident, and you WILL get noticed.
GUYS LOVE ANYTHING GIRLS DO.
Whether they choose to admit it or not. He loves your leggings, your sweatpants, your hair tied, and he definitely loves you chilling with no makeup on. Trust me.

CON: Shaving
I know, I know, I know. You don't HAVE to shave. But if you're just not ready to jump on board with super feminists and stars world wide, shaving in a pain in the a**.
Our legs are bad enough, but add arm pits and bikini line to the equation and you're pretty much destined for a long shower. (And people wonder why we can take so long.) However after you've finished successfully with little to no bumps, scrapes or blood, you do feel pretty good.

"Feel these bad boys." - Anyone with smooth shaven legs
PRO: Our Role Models
The women of our world today, yesterday, and tomorrow are awesome. There are so many amazing women for young girls to look up to, how could you NOT want to be a girl?
Whether it's your funny bone femmes:
(Amy Schumer, Kristen Wiig, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, etc. )
All Star Feminists:
(Emma Watson, Lena Dunham, Ellen Page, Elisabeth Moss, etc.)
or
Classic Role Models:
(Eleanor Roosevelt, Malala Yousafzai, Oprah, Beyoncé)
AND MANY, MANY MORE
So in conclusion, don't ever fret about being a girl. The good outweighs the bad. We are the future, we will keep prospering and we will certainly be showing everyone that this is no longer a "man's world."
