Nostalgia alert! If you grew up in the 90s or the early 2000s, odds are you are as obsessed with the "old days" as I am. Kids these days will never understand how awesome it was to play outside with your Skip It while listening to Brittany Spears on your Hit Clip and holding onto your Furby. The 90s kids were the last to enjoy the simple things in life before technological advances began to takeover. Despite progresses, the 90s kids' unwavering love for the 90s and 2000s continues and the media is beginning to see that. The recent trend in the media is not to create new shows and movies but to bring back and revive the old ones and no one is more thrilled than the 90s kids. Here's is proof that the 90s and early 2000s are making a major comeback.
1. Fuller House
Perhaps the most prominent of all the 90s revivals is the sequel to the beloved television series Full House, which aired from 1987-1995. Full House stayed in the hearts of 90s kids everywhere through the daily reruns of the show on Nick at Night. In February 2016, Netflix released the sequel, Fuller House, with most of the regulars from the original show. All cast members decided to reunite for the sequel, except Michelle Tanner, played by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. How rude!
2. Girl Meets World
Another television sequel that has made in debut in the recent years is Girl Meets World. The show is a spinoff of the popular 90s television show, Boy Meets World, which aired from 1993- 2000. Girl Meets World features the ultimate 90s couple, Corey Matthews and Topanga Lawrence, and their two children. Boy Meets World favorites also make cameos on the show, these include Alan and Amy Matthews, Shawn Hunter, Eric Matthews, Minkus and of course, FEEEEENNNYY.
3. Gilmore Girls
It was confirmed in January 2016, that the cast of Gilmore Girls would be returning to Stars Hollow to reunite for a limited series on Netflix. Gilmore Girls, which aired in 2000, was the picturesque mother daughter comedy drama that captured the hearts of all fans. Those confirmed characters that will be returning for the reboot are Lorelai and Rory Gimore, Luke Danes, Sookie, Lane Kim and many more.
4. All That
Arguably the most popular pre-teen television show in the 90s and 2000s was the Nickelodeon sketch shows, All That. From the catchy theme song to the hilarious skits and cast this show was all that. In April, cast members Danny Tamberelli, Kel Mitchell, Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg and Kenan Thompson reunited to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of the show.
5. DCOM Marathon
If the last four points didn’t make you feel nostalgic this one sure will. Disney Channel is about to debut their 100th
