Having trouble getting through your work done throughout the week? It can be difficult to get things done because there are so many distractions or you don't feel inspired. If you want to have a productive week, follow these simple steps!

1. Learn To Say "No".

You can't say "yes" to every opportunity to hang out with your friends or watch Netflix. Remember what is really necessary for you to do this week and stay focused.

2. Plan To Be Productive.

If you go into the week with the mindset of negativity, then you will never get anything done. Plan to be productive my making a plan or setting aside time for you to do your work.

3. Be Disciplined.

You may have gotten started on your work, but sometimes it can be difficult to finish it. Instead of procrastinating by stopping to take a break every 5 minutes, develop being disciplined by staying put and finishing your tasks.

4. Set Goals.

Set high expectations for yourself, but don't make those expectations for yourself so high that they are unattainable. Remember to make realistic goals that you can accomplish and read them every day.

5. Pump yourself with a single intention.

It's important to have a word, phrase, or picture that will inspire you throughout the week. By continuing to read your goals and looking at your inspiration, you will have an awesome week!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
