If you're a regular gym goer like me, you have definitely encountered a very interesting breed of people. Regardless of time, location, or type of gym, you are bound to run into these characters.

1. The person who takes on way more than they can handle.

2. The person who can't workout without taking selfies to prove it.

3. The person who gets way too into their music.

4. The person who intensely watches others workout.

5. The person who feels the need to inform everyone that they worked out.

6. The person who texts the entire time, but insists they are still using the machine.

7. The girls who show up in their sports bras and spandex shorts and put make-up on to work out.

8. The person who doesn't wipe down their equipment, leaving puddles of their sweat for you to enjoy.

9. The person who feels the need to socialize with everyone.

10. The person who grunts to let everyone know they're lifting.
