It seems that recently, Kanye West has had a Britney circa 2007 psychotic break—and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Karsdashians are partially to blame for it. I used to respect Kanye, but it seems like everyone the Kardashians touch turns to sh*t (see Scott Disick & Caitlyn Jenner).
I guess when I take a step back, it's kind of clear to see that Kanye has always been straight up nuts, but lately, the stuff he’s been saying should be landing him somewhere with white walls and a straight jacket. It’s no secret that the hip-hop mogul has always been full of himself, but holy hell, have you ever seen anything like this? He's recently made claims that he's severely in debt; I'm no banker, and I'm definitely not good with math, but I'm going to make a guess here that that's a completely inaccurate statement. Hey, Kanye, maybe if you sold one of your chains, you wouldn't be begging Mark Zuckerberg to invest in you. Just a tip from a communications major. Maybe I have a career in financial planning!
Then again, it doesn't take a degree to figure that one out. With all the buzz around Kanye and his recent insanity, a Twitter hashtag has been created to honor his, I guess you could say, self-confidence. Here are the best of the best #OutBoastKanye responses, and some stuff roasting Kanye just for the hell of it.
Your Tamagotchi is still alive? Definitely an accomplishment. And now for the students...
Would you look at that? Kanye said something that I agree with! Let's keep reading...
$370 a day. So that's, like, $100k a year if you work a standard work week. Is that considered a struggle? Where can I sign up to struggle?
Debt? I had no idea! I feel so bad for poor Kanye; as a college student, I totally understand what it's like to be in debt.
Struggle...
...
???
?!?!?
I am genuinely confused. So incredibly confused. To me, the struggle is getting low-balance alerts from your bank every three days. It's only being able to get the large size smoothie at Smoothie King on $5 Fridays. I see no struggle here. Sit down, Kanye.
