First of all, I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you for being there in my times of need and the times when I just want to dance and I am feeling overjoyed. You have helped shape me into such a great person and you inspire me in every way. I promise that even when we argue or disagree, I still value your opinion (even when I roll my eyes and pout).
I love that we can sit in one place for hours and never run out of things to say. I love that even when it is 3 am, we can still find one more thing to talk about before going to bed. If I didn’t have you to share my theories of the universe with, I do not know what I would do. I appreciate it when you listen to me and give me the absolute best advice. It means a lot that you never give up on me and always give me the push and drive when I need it. You are always there for me, and I just can not thank you enough.
I love when I look down at my phone and see an embarrassing picture or story that makes me laugh during the day and it’s from you. I love that you always have the right words to say and that you have the best shoulder for me to cry on at any time of day or night. I love that when I am crying really hard you still know exactly what I am saying, even when all of the sobbing makes it hard to understand. You also give the best hugs.
Thank you for pushing me to give chances and to take risks. Thank you for making me go study even when I do not want to get out of bed. Thank you for forcing me to get ready and making me go out even when I feel the world collapsing on top of me. I really appreciate that you always have my best interest in mind.
Without you, I truly would be lost. I do not know who else I would spend hours with painting or complaining or eating with. You give me to hope for tomorrow and let me know that things are in fact going to be okay even when I am not willing to admit it.
Being able to call you at anytime of day is really nice because, honestly, I have no idea what my life would be without you and I am so glad that I never have to find out. You are a great support system and a very great friend.
I love going to stores and convincing each other that we “need” to spend a little bit more money to get that item that we like, when in reality we both just do not know how to handle money. I also love when you are honest about something I pick out in the store and do not let me leave looking rough. I also love that you listen to me go on and on about the things that I love, even when I know you don’t want to. You are always willing to do anything I need you to do without asking questions and to that I owe you the world.
