When I first met you, I barely said a word because I am always so awkward around new people. Because of that, you thought that I didn’t like you. We started talking more and more and eventually became really close friends. You may not know this because I never told you, but I look up to you. I think you are one of the strongest, inspiring, hardworking people that I know. You have gone through hell and back and are still standing, ready to take on whatever challenge may be foolish enough to cross you next. You inspire me to keep on going when I don’t want to, to fight for what I believe in and to never give up on anything. You have made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry, gotten me out of numerous bad moods in a way that no one else can, you have made me realize a lot about myself and have taught me a lot about people. You have brought me joy, laughter, and love. I consider you to be a part of my family because of how close we are. I know that you are always just a call or text away and that you would drop everything to be there for me. You are my confidant, the person that I can talk about literally anything and never feel judged for it. You are my ultimate inspiration. Your spirit, no matter what life has thrown at you, remains strong. I can honestly say that without you, I would be lost. You have made a better person. Thank you for the countless messages, texts, hilarious snap chats, for driving me everywhere, for laying with me on my dorm room floor when I was all freaked out about moving back home again, for being one of the first people to tell me that everything is going to be okay, for trusting me with your secrets and for letting me into your life. I am forever changed and grateful for knowing such an amazing person like you. I am so incredibly proud to be able to call you a friend and to have been able to be by your side through so many special moments of your life. You are going to do amazing things and I truly believe that the world is better for having you in it. I love you and I hope you it and believe it. I believe in you and I hope you that. Thank you for being everything that I have ever needed in my life and for still being here with me. I have no idea what I would ever do without you in my life, I know that I would not be half the person that I am today if not for you.
