As an avid online shopper (guilty as charged), I have had a large array of both successful shopping experiences and complete duds. But have no fear! These four companies are consistently reliable for all your online shopping needs, especially when you're on a tight budget. So shop away!

Easy and cheap! Look out for the sale section and the "Dresses Under $25" section for an easy, guilt-free, pick-me-up! With plenty of reviews, you can figure out sizing and quality of the garment without any stress.

Great European fashion trends all on one website that ships to the United States without expensive shipping! Think: H&M prices meet Topshop styles. While their normal selection may be a bit pricey, their sale section has more than enough at reasonable costs.
