Dear Biggie,
I still remember you being the first face I saw when I ran onto the basketball court on Bid Day, long before we even knew we would be big and little. I am forever thankful to have opened my bid to our sorority and have insured right then and there that our paths would somehow meet. Thank you for taking me under your wing from Day One. I know that you will always be there to protect me from whatever college (and life) may throw my way. Know that I will always be there for you, too!
Thank you for the endless presents during big-little week. I now have an endless (and by endless, I literally mean endless) amount of sorority shirts to wear. And thanks to you, I now have a beautiful wall of canvases that remind me of you every time I walk into my room! Thank you for teaching me the ropes of sorority life. Without you, I would literally know close to nothing about being a sorority sister. Thanks for making sure I don't make a fool out of myself (also thank you for answering my constant questions). Thank you for always being down to eat our body weight in food. You are always my go-to person when I want to bake a cake and eat it at midnight on a Thursday night or when I want to order a late night pizza. Thank you for letting me crash at your place when it gets too late to go home, or for being down to lay in my tiny twin-sized bed together and watch YouTube videos.
Thank you for being my first friend in our sorority and for making it feel like home so fast. I don't know what I would have done without you the first few weeks after bid day. Thank you for always being willing to take pictures with me everywhere we go (literally). I'm glad I have found someone who is equally as obsessed with getting a picture at every single social event attended. Going off of that, thank you for always joining me in the middle of the dance floor at every single social, bar, and party we go to. We may be making a fool out of ourselves, but at least we are doing it together.
Thank you for knowing exactly what to say when I have a bad day and for coming over at the drop of a hat. Thank you for knowing when I need a break from school and forcing me to be social (even if just for a little bit). Thank you for the beautiful Snapchats that I get to screen shot and laugh about forever. I know that if I ever need a laugh, I can come to you for a night full of heartfelt laughter!
Thank you for being the older sister I never had. Thank you for giving the best hugs exactly when I need them most. All in all biggie, thank you for being you! I don't know what I did before we were paired as big and little, and I cannot wait for a lifetime of more adventures!
