1. Age doesn't matter. 

An 11 year age gap would stop some people, but not Nick and Priyanka. Jonas, 25, and Chopra, 36, actually don't mind the difference at all. Apparently, Nick has been known to like older women and is very mature for his age. Aside from that though, Priyanka's age is not what Nick is attracted to, clearly. Nick has said that he thinks his wife is beautiful, as well as intelligent, and actually fits in really well with his friends and family!

2. Culture and religion isn't a determining factor. 

Ever since the announcement of their engagement, everyone has been curious as to if the happy couple was planning on having a more traditional wedding or an Indian ceremony. However, Nick and Priyanka told People magazine, "It is super important to Priyanka to have an Indian ceremony that honors her heritage and culture, just as it's important to also have a Western ceremony that honors Nick's Christian upbringing," a source told People. "They are doing both."

It's so cool to see both heritages being represented without compromise. I can't wait to see what traditions, both American and Indian, that they plan to continue!

3. A whirlwind of romance.

The couple was spotted together for the first time, only a year ago, at the 2017 Met Gala! However, rumors were shut down fast about the couple's relationship soon after. About a year later, June 2018, they were sending some cute comments back and forth on their Instagrams. Nick commenting on Priyanka's picture of her and her friends at In-N-Out saying, "That smile ❤️" Then, later that month, Nick took her to his cousin's wedding where she met the whole family, which then led to their vacation to India. They became "Instagram official" later in June. Then, in July, Nick popped the question and on December 1, they were married. Only a few short months of being together, but sources say they are really serious about one another and make each other really happy.

4. Their engagement was soooooo cute!

Their engagement story is the actual cutest thing! Apparently, Nick shut down a Tiffany + Co. in London to pick out the perfect ring for his soon-to-be wife. He purposed in Crete, Greece by saying, "Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?" Priyanka was shocked and was silent for a whole 45 seconds which resulted in Nick saying, "I'm going to put this ring on your finger now unless you have any objections."

I mean, how cute is that?

5. They seem so happy and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for them. 

Every photograph of the newlyweds, they seem so happy and so in love. The romance may have been quick, but it seems like a very committed and loving relationship. The wedding was beautiful and I cannot wait to see the many more pictures to come... Do they want babies soon too? Can it get any cuter?
