For fans of the original show, "Heroes," this miniseries will include 13 episodes and serve as a continuation of the science fiction drama.

Supergirl is the biological cousin to Superman and therefore possessing powers similar to the superhero, though she has to keep this under wraps. The series deals with her having to keep her powers hidden, until the moment comes when she has to be a hero.
