4 Ways To Not Absorbed Negative Energy From Negative People

Before it becomes physical, the human body is a spiritual being, an energetic field

Negative People

It’s because of this — that we can sense “the elephant in the room,” people’s emotions, and prefer to be with positive folks rather than debby downers.

On both the physical and spiritual layers of our aura, we each have an emotional layer, making it tough to cope with unpleasant people at times.

many of us will be detached by default, attempting to reach a numbed state to avoid energy of a low frequency that we don’t want to enter or exiting the body.

In this article, we’ll talk about how to avoid absorbing negative people’s transient low vibrations when they’re nearby.

to begin, we must acknowledge that the mainstream media and the default settings in many social circles are to share life’s blunders, failures, and gossip for quick gratification (of dopamine).

Why keep gossiping and whining about the same themes when we can progress by sharing answers and tackling more significant issues instead?

Raising your internal frequency is the key to regulating your energetic field and not absorbing all of the negative energy around you.

Raising your internal vibration puts you in a control position, where you feel compassion rather than pity or sympathy for anybody or anything. You acknowledge a person’s emotional state without absorbing the sentiments they are producing.

Being with negative individuals will deplete your internal energy, regardless of how high your inner energy is.

The following are some common ways to avoid absorbing negative energy:

1. Uprooting your trauma so that the low vibratory state of trauma isn’t triggered every time you contact someone who has a similar low vibration to you that you haven’t yet healed. Make a note of it in your journal. It’s time to leave. It’s time to talk about it.

2. Shift your body every day to move sluggish energy, rejuvenate your thoughts, reconnect with your soul, and give your body a fresh start. When we move our bodies, we are expelling dense physical energy via body fat, poisons, and thoughts.

3. Thought reorganization because words have so much power. We think, speak in terms, and use words to code the internet. As your brain makes new links consciously and subconsciously, your path of thinking, whether tiny or vast, matches with negativity around you.

4. Develop practices that help you maintain your high energy level. These habits can include things like reading every day, going to the gym, seeking professional counseling so you can talk about your feelings with someone, and so on. Form a new lifestyle with habits that reflect the vitality you want to have rather than the low mood you’re attempting to get out of.

Our energetic field, you see, interacts with the active field around us daily. We cry at movies because we can relate to them. Because we relate, specific talks trigger us. You can stand to have negative people and help them heal instead of getting started when you heal, you are being thought by the notion.

We’re all attempting to improve. We’re either stuck or moving forward or backward to re-learn a lesson. After you’ve healed yourself, you’ll be able to share your knowledge and assist others in healing.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
