We all have artists that we listen to. No matter what mood, they're our "go to" artists.

1. The Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers were the first group I ever saw in concert. They were my favorite boy band, one that any 10-year-old girl would be in love with. I love their music and I loved who they were as a group.

2. Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift has always been an artist that I have looked up to. My grandma and I use to listen to her all the time when I was growing up. I have seen her in concert three times. As she has grown, I have grown as well, and her songs are always songs that I can relate to for any mood I am in.

3. Katy Perry

I have seen Katy Perry twice in concert. Her music is always so inspiring and all about how you are a lot stronger then you think. You can be anyone you want because you are the best version of you.

4. Miley Cyrus

She is so different now. What no one understands is that she grew up. I loved her growing up. I still do because she isn't a child anymore. She isn't afraid to be who she wants to be. Her music back then was something someone my age could relate to. Now, she is someone who I can look up to, knowing that I can be whoever I want to be, no matter what anyone says, because people are going to judge you no matter what.

5. Jesse McCartney

I never related to his music, but he was an amazing singer, and he and is very cute! One of my favorite songs by him is "Beautiful Soul." It's my favorite song, and I'm pretty sure everyone loved/loves the song.

6. Justin Bieber

He has never been someone that I looked up to or someone very inspiring. I have just always loved his music. It's very catchy and his albums have many types of music all in one.

7. Demi Lovato

She has always been an inspiration to me! She has always been someone that I can look up too. Her music is so relatable and gets better as she gets older. Her music tells a story.

8. Selena Gomez

Selena didn't always sing. I loved watching her in "Wizards of Waverly Place." I do love her album that just came out. It is edgy with a twist of some relatable situations and life situations, mostly for relationships.

I have so many more artists I love, but we would be here forever if I talked about them all.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
