I like some country songs. They make me think about summer days and sunny days. I also think about rural life and pastoral life. Here is a playlist of them. The playlist includes songs from Shania Twain, Leann Rimes, and other artists.

1. "You're Still the One" by Shania Twain

Her number 1 classic!

2. "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" by Shania Twain

I always think that I am going shopping at an outlet mall.

3. "I'm Holdin' On to Love (To Save My Life)"

It sounds like there is a battle somewhere.

4. "Love Gets Me Every Time" by Shania Twain

I think that I am driving a car on a sunny day.

5. "Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)" by Shania Twain

Catchy song.

6. "Whatever You Do! Don't!" by Shania Twain

It is also catchy.

7. "Honey, I'm Home!" by Shania Twain

We all want to relax at home!

Cool song.

It talks about abuse and it strengthens those that have been abused.

I think that I am on a tropical island like the Caribbean.

It is from the movie Notting Hill.

A great description of how love is like.

Her best country song in my opinion.

She sings a cover of this song. This song is from the movie Ghost.

Her music video for this song has the Full House atmosphere and feeling.

I heard this song on the radio and TV.

18. "Strawberry Wine" by Deanna Carter

I want to know the taste of strawberry wine.

19. "I Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum

When you miss someone, you can listen to this song.

20. "There You'll Be" by Faith Hill

This song is from the movie Pearl Harbor. I think about my senior year at high school whenever I hear this song.

21. "Saved By Love" by Amy Grant

Her best country song in my opinion.

22. "Mississippi" by Tracy Huang

My mother showed me this song.

23. "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri

This song is from Breaking Dawn: Part 2 but it is in the album for part 1. This is Bella's and Edward's wedding song or love song.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots.
