Summer, a time when students can do almost nothing all day and not have to worry about the homework or studying we may have missed out on. Summer vacation is right around the corner. That means the endless hours of Netflix is also nearing. Here's to the TV series I have yet to watch but will soon check off the summer bucket list.

1. "Grey's Anatomy"

I may have started this one a little early and at this rate, I will be able to check one item off the list. This series is filled with love, family, humor, sarcasm, and anything else that you can possibly think of. Almost everyone I know has recommended this show and I will continue on this tradition.

2. "One Tree Hill"

The Scott Brothers are one reason and the only reason you need to watch this show. It's a Netflix must to watch "One Tree Hill" at some point during your binge watching experience.

3. "Parks and Recreation"

"Parks and Rec" is filled with a very interesting and humorous cast making it the reason why it's on my bucket list.

4. "Scandal"

Who doesn't enjoy watching a scandal unfold?

5. "Friday Night Lights"

It is said that you will learn so much from Coach Taylor in each episode. There are also decent football scenes and you can watch the characters grow into adults making it a popular choice on Netflix.

6. "Criminal Minds"

A lot of the episodes are based on true events making this series believable and relevant. It's full of drama, serial killers, pedophiles, and random quirky facts; adding to the Netflix addiction.

7. "Grace and Frankie"

This series adds a new twist to comedy. You should definitely add this to your list as well because it is witty and unlike any other show I have seen.

8. "Freaks and Geeks"

"Freaks and Geeks" was a start to many of the now famous actors. Famous actors who are now the image for comedy movies and shows. Actors like Seth Rogen, James Franco and others started with this short one season series.

9. "Breaking Bad"

"Breaking Bad" is one of those shows that you become hooked to more and more after each episode. The theme and the concept behind the show makes it one of the best on Netflix (or so everyone has said).

10. "Bates Motel"

The performances by each actor in the series is outstanding. The story line and plot is suspenseful. I've been told if you like thrilling dramas, you will like this series!

11. "Dexter"

Another incredible serial killer series. The actors bring so much talent into the series as well. The storyline behind it sounds interesting for me to become addicted to it.

12. "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"

Tina Fey creates another humorous masterpiece revolving around positivity and finding hope. Season two is coming out just in time for Netflix season!
