I may be a little late with it but a month ago, I purchased a Fitbit Flex after wanting one for awhile. I must admit that I'm obsessed with it. If you don't already have one and are thinking of getting one, I say go for it! Maybe you can get one of the fancier ones but Fitbits are hands down one of the best fitness watches out. They are able to track your steps, sleep, calories burned, exercise and more! Ever since I've got my Fitbit, this is how my day usually goes. I'm sure other Fitbit users can relate.
I get really excited when I reach my step goal!
I always want to do a victory dance but I'm usually in public. The step goal is automatically set to 10,000 steps a day as recommended by the American Heart Association. You could always set a higher or lower goal if you wanted to. I do get really bummed when I stay home and am not able to reach my goal, though.
Checking the Fitbit app as soon as I wake up to see how long I slept.
I definitely have a terrible sleep pattern and Ftibit constantly reminds me. I should probably set a bedtime when school rolls back around. I do love it when I reach my sleep goal of eight hours and it is nice to see that the graph indicates the times you were awake or restless.
Getting emails about earning medals.
Who doesn't love getting rewarded?
Getting the email that your Fitbit battery is low.
How am I supposed to live? I really have to take off my Fitbit and charge it. Now my steps aren't being tracked. But no worries! A charge lasts a couple days! So this isn't an everyday thing.
Well, there you have it. A day in the life of a Fitbit user. Do I have any regrets about getting one? Nope!
