In an age of social media, it is easy to be comparing ourselves to others. Sometimes we choose to sacrifice our happiness to "improve" our appearance to those around us. Self-love is arguably the greatest kind of love, so take the time to appreciate yourself.

These words of wisdom from one of our favorite TV secretaries is some of the best advice I can give to anyone in the new year. Take the time to remember your goals and the essence of you. Do something because you want to. College is a short four years. Make the most out of every minute, and don't leave with any regrets.
