3. Alan Shearer
Alan, widely recognized as one of the best to have played the Premier League is third on the list of all time goalscorer at Euro. Alan represented England and was part of the squad for 1992, 1996 and 2000 Euro. His 7 goals in 9 matches for England did help England to win matches but his efforts were not enough to take England to championship victory.
4. Antoine Griezmann
The emerging talent of France, Antoine Griezmann is fourth in this list. He represented France at Euro 2016 and managed to score six goals from 7 appearances. His efforts helped the French team reach the finals of Euro 2016. They were eventually beaten by Ronaldo's Portugal but Griezmann's efforts rewarded him with golden boot and was named the tournament's best player. He also earned a spot in the team of the tournament.
