My Mom is my EVERYTHING. I’ve been very blessed in life with my mother. Since Day 1, we’ve always had special bond. We’ve always been 2 peas in a pod. We look alike. We act alike. We sound alike. We are, very much…a pair. My mother means the world to me. I start off my morning with calling her, I call her at least 4 times during the day (depending how my day is going), and of course a night call. It's as if she is actually here because she knows everything about my day.
I could write a book about why I love my mother but I will just give you a few reasons why she is my favorite person in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD! (obviously next to my brother).
1. She is my inspiration. She has perfected being a selfless person; she puts people before herself. I was always asked, "What do you want to be when you grow up". When I was little my answer was always a vet or a doctor but now as I am heading out of my teens, my answer really is, I want to be like my mother. Every day I wake up in hopes to make my mom proud. There really isn't anyone in the world that I'd rather be. I was blessed with an incredible mother and I thank god everyday to have her as my mom.
2. Gives the best hugs. BEST HUGS EVER. Not going to lie, every time my mom comes up to visit, I never want to let go because her hugs are just that great. Never take these hugs for granted because one day you aren't going to have them and you are going to want them back.
3. I can talk to her about anything. At this point, my mom knows my whole life in and out, from my adventures in college to my love life and everything in between. When anything happens, the first person I was to call is my mom. If I'm meeting a boy on tinder, I tell my mom. If i'm having a bad day, I call my mom. If I get a good grade on an exam, I call my mom. I cherish every phone call and conversation I have with my mom.
4. We are literally the same person. Can we just talk about how much I resemble my mother? It's scary. I am now getting mistakenly mixed up with my mom. That doesn't bother me because she is a beautiful human being. We act the same, We talk the same. We write the same. I'm just a younger version of her.
5. I count on her to point me in the right direction. Home is where mom is. No matter what situation I am in, I always have someone to point me the right direction. She truly is a remarkable woman.
6. She is my best friend. My mother is a women like no other. There are not enough words I can say to describe how important my mom is to me.
Dear mom, I know this probably made you cry, but I thought I would let you know how much I appreciate you. You are amazing and i love you so much! I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK.
