Every girl knows (or should know) who Miranda, Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte are. These four women own New York City and some of Brooklyn and have a bond that can never be broken. Usually girls try and identify who of their friends fit each character. And after binge watching Sex and The City for the past few days, I have come to conclusion that Miranda Hobbes is my spirit animal. We are pretty much the same person (except for the fact that she has a baby, Steve and she's a lawyer) and here's why:
She understands that you should enjoy the finer things in life, and food is definitely one of them.
You're absolutely right Miranda. Donuts are totally worth being fat for.
She's found the answer to most of life's problems in a simple three word statement.
This is a wee bit harsh, but honestly 75% of a girls' daily struggles are because of men so...
Her style is plain and simple but she knows bad fashion when she sees it.
I wear sweatpants to class, leggings too often, and rarely touch the jeans hanging in my closet, but I know a hot mess when I see one, and most of the time it's not hot, it's just a mess.
She knows when her limit of tolerance has been reached and refuses to take anybody's crap.
She's not exactly a hopeless romantic. Sometimes she feels the hopeless part, but never romantic.
It seems like the search for a guy is never ending. The feels are real Miranda.
However, when she does find a guy, the idea of him finding her attractive is actually mind blowing.
But if he turns out to be a major a-hole she'll drop him in a heart beat.
Well done Ms. Hobbes, well done.
Miranda represents feminism in it's purest form and it is fantastic.
In every episode she mentions that women are equal to men and should be treated as such and I commend her for it.
Miranda, you are the definition of a boss ass bitch. Thank you for being so great. As my spirit animal I will aspire to be like you. Thank you for being so fabulous. Cheers!
